# Review Monday.com activity


> See every run of your Monday.com triggers and automations, and why each one succeeded, was skipped, or failed.

The **Activity** tab lists every run of your Monday.com triggers and automations, newest first.

## Steps [#steps]

1. Open **Settings → Integrations → Monday.com**.
2. Select **Activity**.
3. To narrow the list, open **Filters** and choose a trigger or automation, a status, or both.

## What the list shows [#what-the-list-shows]

* **Trigger runs**: a Monday.com event that matched one of your triggers. A trigger run that succeeds starts a workflow.
* **Automation runs**: one update that CopyHero sent to a Monday.com item after a workflow event. A retry appears as a new run.

Each run shows one status:

| Status    | Meaning                                                                          |
| --------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Queued    | The run is waiting to start.                                                     |
| Running   | The run is in progress.                                                          |
| Succeeded | A trigger run started a workflow, or an automation run updated the item.         |
| Skipped   | The run didn't start. The reason appears below the status.                       |
| Failed    | The run didn't finish. The reason and the error message appear below the status. |

To open the workflow behind a run, select **View workflow**.

## If something goes wrong [#if-something-goes-wrong]

* **Conditions didn't match**: the item didn't meet the trigger's conditions. Check the trigger in **Triggers**.
* **Monday access revoked** or **Monday connection removed**: reconnect the workspace in **Connection**.
* **No matching Monday item**: the automation couldn't find the item to update. Check its **Target resolution** in **Automations**.
