# Organize the Product Library


> Import products to the Product Library and use folders to group them before publishing.

Create an owner-scoped product catalog and group products into folders before you decide where to send them.

## Import to the library [#import-to-the-library]

1. Open **Product Library**.
2. Select **Import to Library**.
3. Choose **CSV Upload**, **Product Links**, or **Collection**.
4. Review the links, then choose optional folders in the **Folders** step.
5. Confirm the import.

## Organize existing products [#organize-existing-products]

1. Select products in **Product Library**.
2. Select **Add to folders**.
3. Choose the folders and confirm the change.
4. Select a folder in the sidebar to focus the catalog view.

## Expected result [#expected-result]

Library imports create catalog products without pushing them to Shopify. Selecting no folder leaves new products unfiled, where they remain visible in the library’s all-products view.
