# Manage tags


> Create and maintain tags for organizing CopyHero work.

Use **Settings → Tags** to maintain the tags available for organizing work in your workspace.

## Prerequisites [#prerequisites]

Open **Settings → Tags** and decide on a clear, reusable naming convention.

## Steps [#steps]

1. Open **Settings → Tags**.
2. Create a tag using the available action.
3. Give it a concise name that describes its purpose.
4. Save, then apply it only where the related product flow offers tags.

## Options [#options]

Keep tags small and consistent. Prefer one shared tag over near-duplicate spellings for the same concept.

## Expected result [#expected-result]

The tag is available in supported organization and filtering controls.

## If something goes wrong [#if-something-goes-wrong]

If a change is not visible, refresh the relevant page. Avoid deleting or renaming a tag until you understand where it is used.
