Find your account subscription information and understand that availability can depend on your plan.
Check your account settings before planning a larger import so you know which features and limits apply to your workspace.
Check your subscription
- Open Settings.
- Select Subscription.
- Review the plan information and any usage or entitlement notices shown there.
What to expect
CopyHero can apply plan-based limits to actions such as connecting stores or using particular product features. The app shows a message when an action is unavailable or a current limit prevents it.
For account-specific billing or credit questions, use the support route provided in your account. This guide intentionally does not list prices or allowances because they can change.
