Organize the Product Library
Import products to the Product Library and use folders to group them before publishing.
Create an owner-scoped product catalog and group products into folders before you decide where to send them.
Import to the library
- Open Product Library.
- Select Import to Library.
- Choose CSV Upload, Product Links, or Collection.
- Review the links, then choose optional folders in the Folders step.
- Confirm the import.
Organize existing products
- Select products in Product Library.
- Select Add to folders.
- Choose the folders and confirm the change.
- Select a folder in the sidebar to focus the catalog view.
Expected result
Library imports create catalog products without pushing them to Shopify. Selecting no folder leaves new products unfiled, where they remain visible in the library’s all-products view.
