Watch competitors
Use watched stores and competitor results in Research.
The Competitors view uses watched stores when they are available, helping you review products alongside fresh research results.
Prerequisites
Research access and at least one configured watched store for competitor results.
Steps
- Open Research.
- Search for a product or category.
- Select the Competitors view when it is available.
- Review results and select only products you want to act on.
- Use the displayed import option.
Expected result
You can compare available competitor results and send selected items to the supported next step.
If something goes wrong
An empty competitor view can mean no watched stores or no matching results. Check the watched-store setup and broaden the query.
