Product details and version history
Open a product record, inspect prior versions, and restore a previous master-record version when needed.
Review a product record and safely return its master record to a previous saved version when that is the right correction.
Open product details
- Open Products or Product Library.
- Select a product row.
- In the product page, use View in Store or Edit in Shopify when those actions are available.
Review or restore a version
- Select History.
- Select a version to inspect that version of the master record.
- Select Restore this version for a prior version.
- Confirm Restore.
Expected result
The restored content becomes the current version, and CopyHero adds a new history entry. No history is deleted. Restoring does not push the result to a store; publish the changes yourself afterwards.
