Resolve invalid links and duplicates

Remove invalid import rows or decide whether to import AliExpress products already in your catalog.

Clear failed links and review exact catalog matches before confirming an import.

  1. Continue to Review Links after adding links, a CSV, or a collection.
  2. Wait for validation to finish.
  3. Use Remove invalid to remove all rows marked Invalid, or remove a single row from the table.
  4. Continue only with the valid rows you want to import.

Handle catalog duplicates

For eligible AliExpress links, CopyHero can show Already in your catalog when the same source product is already present.

  1. Review each matched item; select View to open its existing product record.
  2. Select Remove duplicates to drop matched URLs from this import.
  3. Or select Import anyway if you intentionally want to continue with them.

The duplicate warning is non-blocking. Shopify-source URLs do not have the same URL-derived duplicate check at import time.
