Start a workflow

Start a workflow from Products after selecting the products you want to process.

Before you begin

Select at least one product. The products need a destination Shopify store; when the selection spans stores, they must have one shared destination store.

Start the run

1. In Products, select one or more products.
2. Select Start Workflow.
3. If prompted, choose the Destination Store and select Continue.
4. Review the products and select Continue.
5. Select a workflow, then choose Continue with Workflow. You can choose Skip and Continue to run without a selected workflow.
6. Review the Shopify and slideshow settings, using Continue or Skip and Continue as appropriate.
7. Review the task summary, then select Start Workflow.

Expected result

CopyHero starts the run and offers View Progress. Open it to see the workflow history and each product's jobs.

Errors and limits

The Start Workflow button remains unavailable until required selections are complete. Starting without a selected workflow creates only the required product-loading work, not your reusable task sequence. Correct preflight errors before starting.
