Delete a workflow
Delete a workflow you built, and why shared System workflows cannot be deleted.
You can delete the workflows you built. The Workflows page has no delete button: ask the CopyHero assistant to delete it.
Delete one of your workflows
- Open the assistant from the sidebar and ask it to delete the workflow by name, for example "Delete my workflow My import workflow".
- The assistant looks the workflow up and asks you to confirm.
- Confirm. The workflow disappears from Workflows and from the Start Workflow list.
Deleting a workflow does not delete its tasks, which stay under Tasks. If the workflow was the workflow of an import profile, the profile simply has no workflow afterwards.
Workflows you cannot delete
The Owner column on Workflows shows You for your own workflows and System for the ready-made ones that come with CopyHero. A System workflow is shared by every account, so nobody but CopyHero can change or delete it. A delete attempt is refused with "Not enough permissions". Leave it unused, or build your own with Build a workflow.
