Create a Template task

Use a Template task to generate structured product-description content with the blocks and order you choose.

Before you begin

Have a clear content outline. Template elements can be reordered, and the task needs at least one element before it can be created.

Create the task

1. Open Tasks, select New Task, then select Template.
2. On General, enter Name and an optional Description.
3. Open Template Editor.
4. Add blocks from the palette, configure each block, and drag blocks into the required order.
5. Select Create Task.

Expected result

The task saves with its ordered template elements and can be selected in a workflow.

Errors and limits

A name and at least one template element are required. Some block options have their own validation; for example, an AI Generated image requires an image template. If you use Analyze to replace an existing layout, confirm the replacement only when you want the current elements removed.
