Share resources
Bundle CopyHero resources into a shareable link.
Shareable links let you bundle workflows, images, templates, and metafield sets. People who use a shared link receive their own copy.
Prerequisites
Open Settings → Sharing and decide which resources are safe to share.
Steps
- Select New bundle.
- Name the bundle and add the available resources.
- Create the link.
- Send the link only to the intended recipients.
- Revoke the link when it should no longer be used.
Expected result
Recipients can obtain their own copy of the resources in the bundle.
If something goes wrong
If a link was sent to the wrong person, revoke it. Review every included resource before sharing; links should not contain private business data.
