Review Research import results

After using an import action in Research, review the created work and product outcome before publishing.

Prerequisites

Start an import from Research or add selected items to the product library.

Steps

1. Note the confirmation or error shown after the action.
2. Open the related products, tasks, or workflow run.
3. Review each item's state and output.
4. Correct failed inputs, then retry only the affected work when appropriate.

Expected result

You can tell whether an item was accepted, already existed, or needs attention.

If something goes wrong

Avoid repeatedly submitting the same selection. Use the status message and the linked work area to find the cause first.
