Research is an entitlement/add-on gated area. Its availability is determined by your workspace's current access, not by this documentation.
Prerequisites
Sign in to the workspace you want to check.
Steps
- Open Research from the application navigation.
- If it opens, review the available research views.
- If an access message is shown, contact the workspace administrator or use the subscription area to review available options.
Expected result
You know whether the current workspace can use Research.
If something goes wrong
Access messages reflect the current workspace. Switching workspaces or changing access may produce a different result.
