Import products

Use Import to Shopify to add products from Shopify or AliExpress. You can enter links, upload a CSV, or fetch a public Shopify collection.

Choose an import method

The import drawer supports:

• CSV: upload a file containing a Product URL column. Additional columns are retained as extra product data.
• Links: enter one or more Shopify or AliExpress product-page URLs.
• Collection: enter a Shopify collection URL and let CopyHero fetch the products in that collection.

Review the products

CopyHero validates the submitted rows before continuing. Remove invalid rows or correct their URLs before confirming the import.

Choose destination and processing

Choose exactly one destination store before opening Import to Shopify. In the import steps, you can configure import options and optionally select a workflow.

• Choose Start Workflow to process the imported products immediately.
• Choose Skip Workflow to import now and start a workflow later from the Products page.

The Product Library has a separate import path. Library imports create internal products and do not push anything to Shopify until you explicitly choose a destination action.

Confirm the import

Review the product count, destination store, and selected workflow before you select Confirm Import. The import starts as background work; review its run and jobs from the workflow history.

Expected result

Valid products are added to your catalog and linked to the selected destination store. A selected workflow starts after import; Skip Workflow leaves the products ready for a workflow you start later.
