Understand Assistant access
Know what contextual access means when using the in-app Assistant.
Assistant access is scoped by your signed-in workspace and the features exposed to your account. It is not a substitute for reviewing permissions, product state, or generated output.
Prerequisites
Sign in to the workspace where you intend to use Assistant.
Steps
- Confirm you are in the correct workspace.
- Open Assistant from the application.
- Review any contextual result before acting on it.
- Use the underlying page to verify saved changes or job state.
Expected result
The Assistant works only with the context and actions currently exposed by your signed-in product experience.
If something goes wrong
Do not attempt to bypass access controls through prompts. If a needed action is unavailable, ask a workspace administrator or use the supported product surface.
